We had a lovely 3-night stay in an Executive Family Room where the breakfast and facilities were just fantastic! The kids absolutely loved the outdoor swimming pool and the aqua park really kept them entertained. Just a heads-up, it can get busy at times, so arrive early for a good spot! 🌞

missingWrote a review on Jul 28fantastic water parkfriendly barnoise disturbanceunsafe playgroundlimited evening options
The water park was fantastic, providing great fun for the kids, and the on-site bar offered a nice poolside experience. However, the experience was marred by inadequate sound insulation, leading to our first night's sleep being disrupted by noise from above. The amenities, while plentiful, seemed dated and in need of maintenance, particularly the playground areas which posed safety hazards for young children. It's also frustrating that many facilities closed too early during summer hours, limiting our options for evening activities.

The Executive Family Room was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom had a nice big shower. There was even a small kitchenette, which was handy. Only downside was the room could've used a bit more attention to detail—some areas felt a bit dated. Overall, though, it was a solid choice for our stay.

Oaks was a ripper spot for our fam! The waterpark was an absolute blast, and the buffet breakfast had all the goodies. Plus, being so close to Woolworths was a lifesaver for snacks. You can't beat that! The happy hour at the pool bar was the cherry on top.
The room's a bit dated with a wonky lock and the dishwasher handle was broken. A bit of a hassle with no microwave or coffee machine, which felt like a missed opportunity.

Family-friendly amenities and great location
We had a fantastic time with our family in the Executive Family Room. The water park was a huge hit for the kids, and the adult pool was a perfect spot to relax. The beautiful gardens and convenient location next to Woolworths made it easy for us to get supplies. However, the room could use some refreshing, especially the bathroom.

Had a great time with friends! The water park was a hit, and we loved the climbing frame. It's a perfect spot for a fun getaway. Just a heads up, they don't clean rooms daily, so keep that in mind for your stay!
The pool was cooler than expected, which was disappointing when we were hoping for heated water.
